Malachi 4:2-But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with
healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the
stall.
This verse is a prophecy about the coming Messiah. The word translated to wings is also the same word as tassels. The Jewish people wore tassels on the hems of their garments.
Jesus would have worn that type of garment. The lady with the
issue of blood that touched the hem of His garment to be healed knew
the prophecy from Malachi and recognized Jesus as the Messiah and knew
He would have healing in his wings- tassels- hem of His garment. That's
the faith that healed her. The faith that He was the Messiah.
